The M60i model features an even more powerful 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8, delivering an impressive 523 horsepower. While the M Performance model shares the same V8 engine as the M60i, it delivers a whopping 617 combined horsepower. The I-6 engine has plenty of zip and offers a fun ride that outperforms most of its competitors, but the V8 is definitely the way to go if you're in search of speed and a truly high-performance BMW.
