The 2024 i5 has risen to the top of its electric luxury sedan class and receives top praise for many reasons. The 2024 i5 is just as classy and comfortable as BMW's original 5 series cars, but it gives you the benefit of electric power. The 2024 i5 also has a comfortable, quiet cabin and many standard features. The range is exceptional, and the large trunk provides ample room for storage.

What Are the 2024 i5 Trims & Features?

Two trims are available for the i5.

The base trim is called the eDrive40. This model comes loaded with amenities. The seats are made of soft synthetic leather, and both front seats are conveniently power-operated. The eDrive40 has dual-zone climate control for everyone's comfort, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay with smartphone integration are also standard. The eDrive40 also has a digital instrument cluster and a large 14.9-inch infotainment display screen. There are many standard tech features on this model, too, including a wireless charging pad and integrated navigation. The eDrive 40 has a quality standard B&O sound system as well.

The second trim, the M60, adds some additional features. The top trim level includes heated front seats and upgraded brakes. The M60 also has an adaptive sport-tuned suspension system and a different Bowers & Wilkins sound system.
