The BMW retains its signature features, including a stylish and contemporary exterior, a luxurious cabin, and exciting power.

2022 X7 Trims and Features

There are two trim levels produced in the BMW X7 lineup for 2022. The base model is called the xDrive40i. The second trim is called the M50i. The two trims have different engines, an automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive. They also have some variations in the amenities that they offer. The xDrive40i has a large 21-inch wheel and adaptive headlights with LED bulbs. It also comes with an air ride suspension system that has a self-leveling feature. The tailgate is power-operated for convenience. The base model has a panoramic sunroof for a bright cabin and an airy feel, and it has a remote start for access to the car from a distance. Four zones of climate control are standard, and the interior has wood trim accents. You can control various aspects of the vehicle through a smartphone app, and remote vehicle monitoring adds another layer of security and peace of mind. Heated front seats are standard in the X7, and it also has a heated steering wheel. Plenty of standard technology features are included in the BMW X7, such as a 10-speaker sound system and a large 12.3-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Navigation is integrated into the infotainment system. A wireless charging pad is now an optional feature. The M50i builds on that list with a head-up display, soft-close doors, brakes with blue calipers, and larger 22-inch wheels. A panoramic camera is included for additional safety, and the sound system is upgraded to a 16-speaker Harman Kardon.
