2021 BMW 3 Series

What's New For the 2021 BMW 3 Series?

In 2021, the most significant change for the luxury BMW 3 Series is that a hybrid trim is now offered. This year launches a new 3 Series trim called the 330e. The 330e is a plug-in variant of the original 3 Series sedan that debuted in 2019. The 330e gets up to 22 miles of fully electric range. It is also notable that it can travel at speeds above 85 MPH on electric power before switching over to the engine, which increases your fuel economy even more.

While electric power is the main attraction for the 3 Series in 2021, it also gets some changes to its interior that distinguish it from the previous model year, including updated driving mode buttons and new digital panel screens. Some additional safety features are added to the 3 Series this year, including a dashboard camera that can record video footage.

What Are the 3 Series Trims & Features?

The 2021 BMW 3 Series has one trim, which is the 330e. This trim gets an exclusive hybrid powertrain with an automatic transmission. Comfortable seats are a highlight of the 330e, which has generously padded seats that also offer lateral support for tight turns. There is seating for five in the 330e, including a spacious back row of seats that easily holds three adult passengers. The seats can split and fold to maximize space, while the trunk area has a total storage capacity of 13.2 cubic feet. The infotainment system is easy to use but also comes loaded with amenities. This year's 3 Series also gives you the option to customize your menus. Voice command is a standard feature with the infotainment system.
