What's New for the 2023 BMW X5?

The X5's significant updates for 2023 are a series of packaging changes. The X5 has an optional Premium package. It has a new wireless smartphone charging pad. Gesture controls for the iDrive infotainment system have been excluded.

The Executive package no longer includes gesture controls. The Vernasca leather upholstery has also been discontinued. The SensaTec animal-free faux leather has been replaced.

The X5 has a new vegan faux-leather option. It is called Sensafin.
