What's New For the 2021 BMW Z4?
For 2021, the BMW Z4 comes with a few new interior upgrades, including more infotainment and technology to enjoy with the addition of Android Auto, satellite radio, and an available smartphone charging pad. The Z4 also has a roomy cabin, which sets it apart from others in its field. Optional sport brakes with red-painted calipers can give your Z4 a racetrack-ready look. Which Features Are Available for 2021?
There are two trims you can choose from, Sdrive30i, the entry-level trim, and the M40i. The first trim has no shortage of appealing amenities, including keyless ignition, simulated leather seats, navigation, and dual USB charging ports. Apple CarPlay, previously standard in 2020, is now joined by Android Auto in 2021. Bright LED headlights give the sDrive30i a head-turning front end. Some additional features are offered through upgrades, including heated seats, a head-up display, wireless charging, and a WiFi hotspot. The second trim level has a sportier appearance and more power-oriented components, including enhanced brakes, an M Sport differential, and adaptive suspension. Premium leather seats, a higher-end sound system, and adaptive headlights are optional to complete your ride.
Featuring Great Performance
A different engine powers each trim level of the Z4. To start, the base trim offers a 2.0L turbo engine with a power output package that consists of 255 HP max and just less than 300 LB-FT in torque. With the second trim, you'll get a turbo V6 engine with an increase in power output to 382 HP and more torque at 368 LB-FT. An automatic eight-speed transmission comes with both.
BMW Z4 Safety Features
The Z4 gets some standard safety aids to start, including forward-collision warning and forward collision avoidance. A traffic sign recognition system is also included. Blind-spot warning and lane departure alert can be added with a package.
